Finding funding through grants is hard work; it is time consuming and can be frustrating. If you want someone to give you a grant then you have to jump through their hoops. The process may seem to be full of obstacles and paperwork, but in the end it is someone else whose money you want and ‘he who pays the piper calls the tune’. Most funders will help with the application process – they want to give money to organisations which can help them deliver their charitable, social or environmental objects – and preparation can encourage them to work with you rather than others......
