Members must sign in first to fill out the Conference Booking Form Members or Conference Booking Form Members Multiple Booking Only in order to receive their discount.

Registration times for delegates

Friday: conference starts at 1:45 pm registration will be open from 11:00 am.

Saturday: conference starts 10:00 am registration will be open from 8:00 am.

All conference areas are fully wheelchair accessible and the distances between conference rooms is minimal.

Any member wishing to attend only the AGM free of charge are requested to call Community Matters.

Cancellation policy

No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 21 days before the event or for non-attendance on the day. Whether payment has been received or not you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification 21 days before the event.
