Small Charity Constitution Launch

Community Matters is delighted to announce the launch of the Small Charity Constitution. This is a joint venture between the Charity Commission and a number of third sector organisations including Community Matters.

It is designed to provide a concise, practical framework for charities with an income of less than £5,000 and which do not own land or employ staff it is only 700 words long and uses clear, direct language that is easy to understand. It is available in English and Welsh from our website in the download section of the Resources area or from the Charity Commission website.
