Community Matters is governed by a National Executive Committee of between 12 and
16 members who are elected by member organisations, from across England, Wales and Scotland. This includes co-optees representing our Black and Ethnic Minority Network, and Young People in Community Organisations. Click here to find your local NEC member.

The work is carried out by a core staff team of around 16, assisted by consultants and volunteers. The staff are based at the Head Office in Islington, London.
