The office is open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. The office is closed on weekends, bank holidays and for the period between Christmas day and New Year’s day.

Community Matters – Advice Services
The telephone advice service will operate from 9.30-1.00 Mon-Fri. Outside of these hours callers to the helpline will be logged, a contact number (must be landline) will be taken and they will receive a call-back the following morning. Members can still write & email at any time and these will be answered within 10 working days. The service is for relatively short enquiries and we try to allocate a maximum of fifteen minutes to each call.
