Community Matters offers a full incoporation service for community organisations wishing to benefit from limited company status.  Registering as a charitable company can allow you to limit the liablity of trustees; hold property in the name of your organisation; and improve your chances of securing service contracts.

Our incorporation service costs £1,750 + VAT and disbursements, and includes:

• two full consultancy visits
• all negotiations with Companies House
• the full cost and process of registration
• attendance by a consultant at your first board meeting
• use of our model Memorandum and Articles
• help with paperwork
• a telephone hotline
