Richard Bridge, Head of Consultancy, Training and Quality
Richard is your main point of contact if you require more support than our Advice Line or our online information sheets can provide. Whether it is a short quick review of some of your policies or current work to help to you work out your next steps or a much larger piece of work such as helping you develop a business plan or incorporate your charity, he is always happy to discuss your needs and develop with you a consultancy or training package that exactly meets your requirements. Richard coordinates our network of expert consultants and liaises with the client to ensure that all our work is delivered in a timely and efficient way. He also oversees the strategic development of our Quality work through our Visible Communities Programme and our new online tool Your Value! that helps groups demonstrate their social value. Finally Richard works with Councils, Housing Associations, and CVSs (both members and non-members of Community Matters) across the country to help them provide the skills and support they need to the community groups that they support and work with.
