Whether you’re considering becoming a Community Interest Company, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation or establishing an enterprising business, we’ll guide your organisation and your management board through the incorporation process.
Trading Separation Package
£2,500 (includes a year free subscription to our Advice and Information service)
Our Trading Separation package helps you to set up a trading company to keep trading separate from other income to limit liability and financial risk to members and directors. We will support you through the entire process with legal experts, prepare and help you adopt your Memorandum and Articles of Association, form your company, and provide specialist advice on separating governance and your finance arrangements.
HR services and Staff Handbook
The PEACE staff handbook is written by experts. Always up to date with HR support to back you up when you need it you never need to worry that your policies are not accurate or up-to-date and that you can manage effectively.
Updated twice a year - we'll automatically send you correct polices where there have been changes to the law.
Alongside the handbook, you'll receive a copy of the Manager's Toolkit, our step-by-step guide to implementing the HR polices, including guidance and standard letters. If you still have questions on implementation of these policies, we'll do everything we can to help.
