Community Matters exclusive agreement with utility brokers, LSI saves members' money on bills
Community Matters has teamed up with LSI utility brokers to improve our membership offer and offer a new FREE service. We understand that utility bills mean a great part of the cost of running a building and an organisation therefore we brought this service to support our members in every way we can.
LSI is one of UK’s leading utility brokers and has been established in the utility industry since it was deregulated in 1994, making them one of the first companies to set up within this market. They have partnered with Community Matters to help our membership save on one of their biggest expenditures. LSI has successful working relationships with many large commercial businesses as well as charitable organisations including Northern & Shell (owner of the Express newspapers and Channel 5), Vision Express, the NCVO (National Council for Voluntary Organisations), The British Red Cross and Age UK.
What they are offering to our members?
- Free information and guidance to organisations on what they should be paying for utilities and how energy companies and their contracts work
- Free brokerage services to ensure best price energy contracts
- Locked price contracts for up to 2 years
- Free alarm call to remind organisations that they current contracts are coming up for renewal and advice on where best to go next
Response from Members
“By signing your contract this should save us at least a couple of hundred pounds per year for the next three years – an important saving in these financially uncertain times.”

"We heard about LSI Independent Utility Brokers through Community Matters and we are very impressed with the speed, efficiency and results you have achieved. Our Community Centre stands to save approximately £3,500 over 10 months on the electricity bill alone. We have no hesitation in recommending LSI to others. It's also one more reason to join Community Matters."

"I would very much like to express the gratitude of myself and the Northolt Grange Community Association with all your help in obtaining a better utility contract for our use. In this time of austerity every saving makes a difference. Your service has been prompt and you have managed to get a very good deal for us, for which we are very grateful."
