This joint publication with the Local Government Association sets out a number of specific issues around the management of community buildings. This Briefing Paper draws attention to recent developments related to Health and Safety and Children/Young People Protection issues and gives links to relevant websites. Community Matters is reviewing Information sheets and the information contained in the Reference Manual and, in due course, these matters will be embodied in amendments to those documents.
